Minimum bottle aged: 40 months in cava (Gran Reserva)
Coupage: Xarel·lo 50%, Macabeu 30% and Parellada 20%
Total tartaric acidity: 6,2 g/l
Sugar: less than 2 g/l
Appearance: pale yellow, clean and bright. Fine and persistent bubbles gradually emerged forming a rosary with a well-designed crown.
Nose: very fine and elegant dominated by balsamic and fruit notes that give complexity.
Palate: dominating citrus notes that leave a very good fresh and lively mouth. Well-structured Cava, does not need any degree of sugar to balance because of its long ageing. Elegance and persistence are its main features with an exceptional mineral end.
Pairing: it may be savored with all kinds of food. From snacks, fish, seafood, meat, to rice or semi-aged cheeses. Serve between 7 and 8 °C
