Minimum bottle aged: 40 months in cava (Gran Reserva)
Coupage: Xarel·lo 52%, Macabeo 30% and Parellada 18%
Total tartaric acidity: 6,3g/ l
Sugar: less than 2g/l
Appearance: clean and shiny, pale yellow in color. Fine persistent bubbles are forming a magnificent rosary and a stable crown.
Nose: despite its long aging, citric and minty notes are still present. These fresh notes are combined with aroma from its aging process like butter and toast. The result of this combination is a large complexity and an impressive balance.
Palate: delicate bubbles that melt into the mouth. The effects of the aging blend with fruit, toast and nuts. Large and specially persistent finish with a mineral touch.
Pairing: it may be savored with all kinds of food except sweets. From snacks, fish, seafood, meat, to rice or semi-aged cheeses. Serve between 7° and 8 ° C
